How to get your money back

If you are not happy with their service and didn’t get your shipments then here are a few things other members in the same boat as you have tried and it worked.

If you have signed up in the past 45days using ebay or paypal you can file a dispute with ebay or paypal and you can get a refund.
Ebay/Paypal is also not able to contact them in most cases so your claim gets stronger and you are more likely to get a refund.
One member was able to get Ebay to refund. Ebay divided the total amount paid $500 into 12 payments and deducted the payment for the three months she got the shipments and returned the balance, which is still a good deal. Couple of other members who signed-up directly through their website got their refund from Paypal.

Filing complaint with you credit card company or bank to get your money back.

You can ask them directly for a refund. Well its not so easy but you can give it a try. Its really hard to get hold of them they don’t answer their phone or email very often. When they do pick up your call they are sweet talking, apologizing and also good at giving BS reasons for the problems. Be firm and ask for a refund. Since they broke the contract and its their mistake ask for a full refund. Even if you got some shipments from them ask for a full refund because they have to pay for your pain and suffering.

Having trouble contacting newdiaperclub.com

For people having trouble communicating with them,

23April09 : I called the number 9102743399 and it went to voicemail. The mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. Finally I was able to chat with Amy. Amy as usual apologized for somehow missing the April shipment due to overwhelming response and tons of email and technical problems for their great service or may be lack of service. She said that she will ship the diapers and said that the missed shipment will be replaced by the end of the 12months.
Amy said that she will expedite my shipping to 3days and that she will send me a tracking number.

27thApril09: I didn't get the tracking number and I didn't get the diapers. I was not able to get through by phone and no reply to emails

30 April 2009: Their website now lists their phone number check this link https://newdiaperclub.com/What_We_Sell.html. I was able to talk to Amy again at the new phone number posted on their site
910-399-1368. I had to try three times, the first two time it kept ringing forever and no voicemail. My first call was at about 9.30am EST and 10.00am EST, finally they picked up at about 10.30am EST. Amy was surprised to hear that I didn't get the diapers yet, she said she put in the order for processing with expedited shipping and I should have got it by Monday(27thApril09)/Tuesday(28thApril09). She said that she'll personally look into it and overnight the shipment. She again promised to get back to me today(30thApril09) afternoon after the diapers are shipped to give me the confirmation and tracking number.

Let see how this works out, I already bought diapers and will last another two weeks so will play the waiting game. The more mistakes they make, I'll get more content for my blogs. I am going to go till the end... . Jump the ship if you guys want to she said she'll refund 100% since its their mistake and I got only two shipments. This is good opportunity to get ur money back if you get through to her.

1 May 2009: I got the diapers today so no more waiting in May09. There are still other people waiting to get through and get their shipment so there is hope for them.

NewDiaperClub.com Review

I 'll be posting my experience about www.newdiaperclub.com.
I signed up for the service in January 2009 by paying $500.

My experience has been really frustrating and stressful, stay tuned for more details and don't sing-up for their service yet. Please make an informed decision after you hear my experience.

My Story:

October 2008:
I saw one of their ebay listings wile looking for diaper deals at ebay.com. They had lots of positive feedback for buyers.

January2009:
Baby was due in January so I signed up in January09. The baby arrived a week early so they agreed to ship the diapers early, which I thought was nice. The shipment was sent but I didn't get any confirmation or tracking # which I thought was basic things for any online vendor. I asked for tracking but they never provided one and almost 8days after the shipment they replied to my email saying that its was scheduled for delivery on that day and we should get it. I got the diapers and thought that things will get better as we go forward since I told them that I expect some kind of notification when they ship the diapers and would like to get tracking number.

Feberuary2009:
When I started their website said that I have to email them every month to inform them about shipping the diapers, so I emailed on 23Feb09 that I was running out of diapers and asked them to send the diapers and also asked then to send me an email once they are shipped and give me the tracking number. They replied on 24thFeb09 that they will inform me once its shipped. There was no response till March 6th. Then I went to check their website they now had a form that members have to fill to give them the info about the diaper size, brand name and other details. I had no Idea that they started this new process for getting the info. On 6thMar09 they replied saying the the diapers were shipped but no tracking number. I contacted them again on 11Mar09 for the tracking number and also told them that I bought diapers form the store because I ran out. They replied the same day with tracking number and the diapers finally arrived at on the same day (11thMar09).

March2009:
Well they apologized for the delay in replying to my emails and also not updating me about the diaper shipment.
I accepted their apology and told them that I am willing to work with them as long as they are making sincere efforts to improve their service. I also thought that things will improve and may be I am worrying too much. After all they are small company and may still trying to figure things out and working on streamlining the business process. I used the form on their website to submit my info on 22March09 and expected things to work like they promised in April. One of the things that I didn't like about this form was that after you fill the form and submit, it just takes you to the homepage and keeps you wondering weather it was submitted right, no confirmation or acknowledgment by email.

Come April 15th there was no response so I emailed them about the shipment because diaper shipment should have arrive by now.
